How does Jack Solves work?
You log in, describe your problem, set your budget, and pick a deadline. Jack personally reviews every request. If he approves it, he contacts you directly on your registered phone number or email and takes ownership of solving it.
What kind of problems can I submit?
Almost anything — websites, design, research, planning, career help, content, business tasks, and more. If Jack can't take it on, he'll simply not approve the request, and you lose nothing.
How do I set my budget?
Enter the amount you're willing to pay in ₹, $, or €. Jack reviews whether the budget is workable for what you're asking. If it's close but not quite right, he'll discuss it with you after approval.
What happens after I submit?
Your request shows as "Waiting for Approval" on your dashboard. Once Jack reviews it, the status changes to Approved or Rejected. If approved, Jack contacts you to discuss next steps.
How do payments work?
Right now payments are arranged directly with Jack after approval — UPI, bank transfer, or a payment link. Built-in online payments are coming in a future version.
Can I attach files to my request?
Yes. You can upload images, PDFs, documents, screenshots, or ZIP files with your submission so Jack understands the problem better.
Who actually solves my problem?
Jack takes ownership of every approved request from start to finish. You only ever deal with one person — no marketplaces, no bidding, no middlemen.
Why do you need my phone number?
Jack contacts you by phone, WhatsApp, or email after approving your request. That's the whole model — a real conversation with a real person.
