Refund Policy.
Effective 8 July 2026. You pay only after approval, so refunds stay simple and human.
1. Before approval — nothing to refund
Submitting a problem costs nothing. You only ever pay after Jack has approved your request and you've agreed on scope, price, and timeline directly with him.
2. Payments are agreed directly
In the current version, payments happen outside the platform (UPI, bank transfer, or a payment link) as agreed with Jack. Refund terms for a specific piece of work are part of that same agreement.
3. If the work isn't delivered
If Jack accepts a job and cannot deliver what was agreed, you get your money back for the undelivered work. That's the standing principle behind every agreement.
4. If you change your mind
If you cancel after work has started, payment for work already completed stays with Jack; anything paid for work not yet started is refunded. Talk to Jack — these situations are handled person-to-person, not by an automated system.
