Privacy Policy.
Effective 8 July 2026. Short version: we collect what Jack needs to contact you, and nothing more.
1. What we collect
Your email address and phone number (required to create an account), your name if you choose to give it, the problems you submit — description, budget, deadline — and any files you attach to them.
2. Why we collect it
One reason, really: so Jack can review your request and contact you about it. Your phone number and email are shown to Jack in the admin panel so he can call, WhatsApp, or email you after approving your request.
3. Where it lives
Account data, submissions, and files are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL and file storage) and served through Vercel. Access rules ensure you can only see your own submissions; only Jack (the administrator) can see everyone's requests and contact details.
4. What we don't do
We don't sell your data, run ads against it, or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers above. Uploaded files are private and only accessible to you and Jack.
5. Your choices
You can view your submissions on your dashboard at any time. To correct your details or delete your account and data, email hello@jacksolves.com and it will be handled directly.
6. Changes
If the platform adds features that change how data is handled (such as built-in payments), this policy will be updated here with a new effective date.
