Jack Solves.

Terms and Conditions.

Effective 8 July 2026. Plain-English terms for using Jack Solves.

1. What Jack Solves is

Jack Solves is a platform where you submit a problem with a budget and a deadline, and Jack personally decides whether to take it on. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance — every request is reviewed and may be approved or rejected at Jack's discretion.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and phone number when creating an account. These are how Jack contacts you about approved requests. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your contact details up to date.

3. Submissions

You must have the right to share anything you upload with a request. Do not submit unlawful requests, requests that infringe someone else's rights, or content you are not allowed to share. Jack may reject any request for any reason.

4. Approval and scope

A request is only agreed work after Jack approves it and you both confirm scope, price, and timeline in direct conversation. Until then, nothing on the platform is a binding offer by either side.

5. Payments

In the current version, payment terms are agreed directly with Jack after approval (for example UPI, bank transfer, or a payment link). Payment milestones and delivery terms are part of that direct agreement.

6. Delivery and revisions

Delivery format, timelines, and any revisions are agreed with Jack when the work is confirmed. Deadlines you select at submission are targets used for review; the final timeline is confirmed at approval.

7. Liability

Jack Solves provides services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific piece of work concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform grows (for example when built-in online payments launch). Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
